New Generation of SilverCat Power Catamarans

We are pround to unveil the second generation of SilverCat power catamarans, introducing a bold new chapter for the brand with a stronger design identity and a fresh approach to onboard living.

With a larger beam-to-length ratio, the new generation offers more spacious interior and exterior social areas, creating greater freedom to relax and enjoy time together on the water. Enhanced connectivity to the sea has also become a defining characteristic, with outdoor entertainment areas designed to bring owners and guests closer to the water and encourage a lifestyle centred around shared experiences.

The new SilverCat model line-up also introduces contemporary interiors featuring upgraded materials and refined finishes that are soft to the touch, visually appealing and easy to maintain. Open-plan layouts, combined with expansive panoramic glazing, create bright, spacious interiors designed for comfort and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The wider beam further enhances the inherent stability and seaworthiness for which SilverCat is renowned, while delivering impressive range and cruising efficiency.

SilverCat 47

The first model to embody this new generation is the all-new SilverCat 47 in its Family Series, entirely designed by SilverCat’s in-house team.

“With the SilverCat 47, our ambition was to redefine the modern power catamaran by bringing together contemporary yacht styling, intelligent space planning and premium craftsmanship,” said Cristiana Cassese, Product Marketing Specialist for SilverCat. “Every line, feature and material has been carefully developed to create a distinctive SilverCat identity that delivers exceptional comfort, effortless entertaining and a true luxury experience for owners.”

Benefiting from an impressive 4.92-metre beam, the SilverCat 47 offers one of the largest aft entertainment areas in her class. Optional fold-down balconies further extend the cockpit, creating a more immersive connection with the sea, while the integrated in-house developed automatic swim ladder provides easy access to the water.

Owners can tailor the cockpit to suit their lifestyle with a choice of flexible seating configurations, while an extended hardtop provides generous shade for sun-drenched cruising. Forward, a spacious entertainment lounge accommodates up to eight guests, creating another inviting shaded social area for relaxing at anchor or enjoying panoramic views while underway.

Inside, a wide-opening patio door seamlessly connects the cockpit and salon, enhancing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines the new generation. Bright, open living spaces, configurable galley options and well-appointed accommodation combine practicality with comfort, creating an inviting environment for owners and guests.

Designed for comfortable family cruising, the SilverCat 47 also features a twin-seat social helm with twin companion seats, bright en-suite accommodation with excellent natural light and ventilation and a tropical HVAC package engineered for reliable year-round operation in warmer climates.

The SilverCat 47 also reflects the company’s commitment to sustainable boating through the use of rPET (recycled PET) foam core materials manufactured from 100% recycled plastic. Compared with conventional SAN foam, the material contributes to significantly lower CO₂ emissions during production while maintaining the strength and durability expected of a premium power catamaran.
